VIPUL & REENA DAYAL
Vipul is President of VNR Management, Inc., and a “serial go-giver” who is constantly moving forward as an Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Speaker, Author, and Community Leader. Vipul was elected in 2015 as the Director at Large of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, an organization that represents the voice of owners in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for identifying national trends, recommending fundraising tools and techniques, and spreading awareness of AAHOA’s resources and initiatives. He is also a Board Member of the California Hotel & Lodging Association Board of Directors and was elected in January 2017. Vipul attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated from the University of North Texas, where he received his BA in Biology.
Together, with his wife Reena as Franchise Owner, Vipul opened his 15th business earlier this year in San Diego taking over the 4S Ranch location for Primrose Schools and providing accredited early education and care education to infants through kindergarten, after-schoolers, their families and communities!
Reena Dayal, the proud owner of Primrose School of 4S Ranch, has a bachelor’s degree in Education from San Jose State, a master’s degree in Curriculum Design from the University of San Diego, and has taught at preschools and elementary schools.
Vipul and Reena love to spend time with their three children, and dog, and host various charitable events throughout the city for local nonprofits!

OWN: We fully own and operate our own hotel in San Bruno, California, managing the hotel’s revenue and budget including pricing strategies and occupancy rates, managing employees and operations and overall setting the positive tone for the hotel environment.
